All soaps have a tendency to dissolve when left standing in water. Natural Soaps, like the soaps we make, don't have the fillers found in commercial soaps, so keeping them well drained definitely extends their usage life.

This soap dish is handcrafted and made of cedar and is slatted to allow good drainage and air circulation. Our finished product is finely sanded then protected with out the use of chemicals.
